Minimum Advertised Price Policy
Thank you for your interest in The 1i4 Group’s Authorized Resellers Partner Program. We want to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and know you do to. To support our partnering reseller companies efforts, The 1i4 Group has created a set of standards to allow our partners to earn the profits necessary to maintain the highest quality experience.
To protect the investment of our partners and The 1i4 Group’s brands and reputation, all partnering resellers agree to a MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY (“MAP Policy”).
The 1i4 Group, maintains its right to terminate business relations with partnering resellers who do not honor the agreements intent in action or spirit.
Operations and Procedures.
Additional guidelines related to the MAP Policy are as follows:
The 1i4 Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take other action with respect to any reseller that violates this MAP Policy.
The MAP Policy will be enforced by The 1i4 Group in its sole discretion.
The 1i4 Group recognizes that any authorized The 1i4 Group account can make its own decisions to advertise and sell any The 1i4 Group product at any price it chooses without consulting or advising The 1i4 Group. The 1i4 Group similarly has the right to make its own independent decision regarding product allocations and reseller participation as a member of the The 1i4 Group Authorized Reseller Program – at any time.
The 1i4 Group maintains the “MAP Products” list and will notify reselling partners of any changes to the MAP Policy.
The 1i4 Group reserves the right to update or modify pricing at any time.
The 1i4 Group reserves the right to modify or suspend the MAP retail price with respect to the affected products for a specified period of time.
MAP retail pricing is listed in the1i4 catalog. Listing a price lower than the MAP retail price is a violation of this MAP Policy.
This MAP Policy applies to all social media publications including but not limited to Skype, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Vine, Snapchat, Youtube, Google+, Myspace, Periscope, Pinterest any and all social media sites, apps and platforms. ect. ect.
This MAP Policy applies to all media publications, including, without limitation, posters, flyers, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines catalogs, mail order catalogs, internet or similar electronic media including websites, forums, email newsletters, email solicitations, television, radio, and public signage. Such website features as “Click for price”, automated “bounce – back” pricing e-mails, pre-formatted e-mail responses, forms, automatic price display for any items prior to being placed in a customer’s shopping cart, and other similar features are considered to be communications initiated by the reseller (rather than by the customer) and this constitutes “advertising” under this MAP Policy.
This MAP Policy also applies to any activity which The 1i4 Group determines, in its sole discretion, is designed or intended to circumvent the intent of this MAP Policy, such as solicitations for ‘group purchases’ and the like.
It shall not be a violation of this MAP Policy to advertise that a customer may ”call for price” or “email for price”, or to use similar language, specifically with respect to The 1i4 Group Products.
Partners with multiple store locations who violates this MAP Policy at any particular store location, is considered to be a violation by all of the reseller’s locations.
Partners remain free to use pricing structure above MAP.
The 1i4 Group’s sales representatives are NOT permitted to make any agreements or assurances with respect to The 1i4 Group’s Policy regarding reseller advertising or pricing. This also includes any consumer program or promotion that affects the below-listed MAP Products.
